Talks:

1) Narration and time inside the cinematic image. A decolanial discussion about narration. How do we choose subjects? What does time mean in cinema? How does time affect our bodies? Dreams, traditional music and its narration as a reference. How to avoid the context of “world cinema”, how not to become an object, and to stay outside the ” exoticization” of oneself and one’s culture. (by Saodat Ismailova, Artist, Filmmaker) 
2) Panel discussion “Cultural Code and Collective Memory. Rethinking historical experiences and traumas and reflecting them on the art form of our work.” (by Akmaral Mergen (Composer), Aisultan Seit (Filmmaker),  Saodat Ismailova (Artist), Elmira Nogoibaeva (sociologist), Yuliya Kim (producer) and Anton Dolin (film critic)
